The First Berthing at Nacala Coal Quay in Mozambique was Successfully Completed

On November 25 local time, "DOCKWISE SWIFT", a DOCKWISE heavy lift vessel fully loaded with ship loading equipment berthed at Nacala Coal Quay in Mozambique and the whole berthing process was smooth and orderly, marking that the first berthing at Nacala Coal Quay undertaken by CHEC was successfully completed. The project client CLN, consulting company and participation employees of the project department gathered at the quay, witnessing this berthing.

In order to realize the berthing node goal, the project department made a scientific organization, strengthened the communication with the client and created favorable conditions for the construction of the principal dock. With the joint efforts of all the employees of the project department, the installation of 968 beams and slabs for the principal dock, the pouring of 8700m2 surface and installation of high-precision track of marine engine were completed in 2 months and 435m principal dock platform was handed over as scheduled, which realized the requirement of the client for construction period and won the praise from the client and the consulting company.

This smooth berthing is the result of two years' hard work of Company's employees in Mozambique, which enhances the influence of the Company in Mozambique's project construction market.
